A quick few from GA...

We're back...and thank GOD!!! It was FREEZING up there! We had a blast though and are so thankful for the time away. The three of us definitely needed it! We were thinking we'd go back up in late January so we could drive up to Maggie Valley so William could see snow for the first time...but this mama's thinking she may need a little longer to thaw out!

So here are a couple pictures that I've gotten to so far. These are the ones that just jumped off my CF card and demanded to be photoshopped :) The others will get there turn soon enough...

This first one goes without saying...it's one of the rare few I have with my little man.  Patrick, bless his heart, cannot take a picture in focus to save his life no matter how "simple" I try to make using my camera.  But, alas...he got one!  Way to go, honey!  I'm so proud of you...and thanks :)

We took a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway Friday with Santa and beforehand Yums managed to talk his Daddy and me into getting him this wooden train (the kid goes crazy for wooden toys!).  He carried all four cars around with him the rest of the trip...even insisting they all be on his lap in his carseat on the ride home.



This one melts my heart...  Yums and his Papa (or "Caca") Joe just being their sweet, silly selves!

Oh yes, and this entry wouldn't be complete without a shot of Yums trying to blow out the fire.  Despite kicking my ISO all the way up to 1600, I couldn't capture how big the fire was at this point...but it was much bigger than it looks here.  Good luck Yums!

Oh...this one isn't from this past weekend but from a couple of weeks ago at my parents' house.  I just stole it off my mom's camera though :)  Just us, being silly...and yeah, he's probably trying to bite me!
