We're Back!!!

From Islamorada this time!!  Thanks to "Uncle" Herb for hooking us up down at his place atthe Cheeca Resort & Lodge.  The place was soo nice and it was so sweet of him to allow us to stay there on him!  Yums, of course, had a blast!  The beach is his FAVORITE place to be...well, that holds true for all of us.  And now that he loves the pool it makes for an even better time....minus the constant running back and forth! ;)  

Cheeca has an awesome set-up for kids...and grown-ups alike.  Because of the way the coast is down there, they've arranged for a salt-water lagoon to be dammed off from the rest of the ocean.  It's full of giant tarpon, bone fish, and an arrangement of smaller salt water fish.  Yums had a blast feeding them shrimp and watching them jump out of the water.  Then he'd run back into the lagoon and try to swim with them, laughing as they'd dart away from him.  

What else do photographers do with wall-length mirrors?!

Choosing what boat activities he wanted to do....he ended up chickening out! ;)

The drive home....that was a peaceful hour and a half!!
